We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. This product takes the drudge out of watering every day. The hose pulls out easily and goes back (on its own) easily...no more pushing and pulling. Love it. It makes life easier.

After fighting with our garden hose for years I purchased this product in hopes of saving my shoulders from the constant 'rolling up' of the hose after use. I found it to be a wonder. I just stood back in amazement when it rolled up my hose without a hitch. I then purchased another one for my backyard hose. the area is kept tidy and mowing is alot easier. I would not hesitate to purchase this product.

I am a 67-year-old woman and it was simple enough for me to assemble and install this product by myself. The hose reel works like a charm and is very easy for me to use. The main reason I bought this particular style (flat top) is that when I'm not watering the garden the hose reel doubles as a snack table. I would have liked the outside width dimension to be a little bit larger for that reason. All in all - it's a great product.
