The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
The truck freight company will deliver the product to the threshold if this is a residential delivery (this means to your garage or front door), or to the loading dock if this is a commercial delivery. They will not offer any assembly services nor will they put it in the room of your choice. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to arrange for any additional services that you would like. You will be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for these additional services.

iT WAS DIFFICULT TO ASSSEMBLE, TOOK THE TWO OF US5 DAYS INCLUDING PUTTING A SAND AND STONE FLOOR DOWN PRIOR TO ACTUAL BUILDING INSTALLATION. Excellent quality, solid structure, intricate design appears very durable. I don't like the vent (it flaps in the wind) It would have been nice to know I had been supplied an extra panel to put in instead of the vent. Previous reviews prior to buying stated that the set-up time was exagerated (2 people 2-3 hours) No kidding It took me 3x8 hour days. Give yourself the time for setup it is worth it.[...]

The most important thing is to put together the base prior to building the foundation. The measurements on the box (both sets) are a few inches off. The directions say 2 men can put it up in 2-3 hours. They mean days. Be careful assembling the roof trusses, It's easy to attach the wrong ends ensure you use the wider stance for the 4 screws joining them. It looks great and is pretty sturdy once together. A nice weekend project that's pretty easy to do. Very satisfied with this product for the money.

Website says "2 people/2-3 hours to assemble" How about 6 people and 12 hours. Not as easy as they make it look, unless you work for the company and have been trained on assembly. Measurements and dementions are not accurate. Made for a very long weekend!

We use this as a greenhouse. So far it is exactly what we wanted. It's too soon to tell if it will hold up for 10 years but the frame and base seem to be solid enough. I would for sure recomommend it for a southern greenhouse. However, it took me and my wife over 15 hours to construct.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was sooner than we expected. Even though a corner of the box was crushed the contents were in perfect condition. The one call I made to customer service he was very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I were very impressed with the wonderful and detailed directions on assembling our new greenhouse. The diagrams were very useful but it took us much longer to construct than the manual said. We think it looks great and are anxious to start using it.

The Green House seems engineered very well. It said in the book that it should take two men about three hours to assemble, It took me two days to assemble.
